The concept of the project:

The Ukrainian market of lingerie and swimwear recently occupied by products of foreign brands. Domestic producers have a market share of 20%. It also affects the pricing policy because the foreign products belong to the middle or upper price segment. Accordingly, there is the market trend of growth in demand for the products in the middle price segment. Thus the idea of ​​opening a shop of underwear and swimsuit is cost effective.        

 

Business plan provides for the opening of the shop for retail sale of lingerie and swimwear in order to meet consumer demand and profit. The territorial distribution - one of the largest cities of Ukraine. Products - swimwear and accessories of high quality mid-priced segment.        


Project includes a description of the equipment and furniture for decorating the store, staffing, the list of approvals. One of the main parts of a business plan - is a financial model  which calculates profitability and attractiveness of the business idea to investors, as well as written forward-looking statements about profits, losses and cash flows.        


Project is characterized by such financial performance indicators: billing period (2 years), the total cost (305,951 UAH .), discounted payback period (2.26 years), the internal rate of return (38.0%), profitability of investments (1.41), return on investment (167%) and sales (13,1%).        


Project will be beneficial to the initiator of both a financial and a social point of view. The social effect of the project based on the fact that the creation of new plant will create new jobs and trigger additional revenues to the budget at the expense of the single tax, tax and social charges on salaries.
