The company was founded in 2003 and launched the production of synthetic heat-bonded materials for the furniture and apparel markets. In 2005-2008, the company's product range was divided into two areas: materials for the furniture industry and materials for the garment industry. In 2009, the company presented an innovative new product, slimtex insulation, which has no analogues in the Ukrainian market. The company employs 150 people and has 8 production lines that produce 8 brands for 4 different markets.
